各位老师，我发现一个系统启动慢的过程，我打开自乐资源管理器，然后点击打开项目，我观察了一下，系统占用CPU的情况，刚开始占用20%左右，几秒钟之后就为0或者0.几，过了大概一到两分钟，cpu占用又提高到了20%多，然后就打开项目了，具体如截图
