 外部SQL数据库，设置查找按钮后，如何让其实现后台查找，并定位到查找的信息。

应该怎么改下面的代码？

我是在窗口里面做了一个筛选按钮，因为数据是分了页的，用上面的代码如果不在当前页，没有办法定位到所在的行。
